300 g orecchiette pasta
1 medium broccoli
4 cloves garlic
½ laces parsley
½ cup olive oil
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Several fillets of salted anchovies
½ teaspoon hot pepper (chili peppers, not pepper powder)
½ cup roasted breadcrumbs
Boil a pot of water and add 1 spoon of coarse sea salt. In boiling water add the orecchiette and after 1 minute, washed and cleaned broccoli (cut in flowers).
Heat olive oil in large frying pan or shallow bowl and add the chopped anchovies. When they fall apart, add chopped garlic, parsley and chili pepper. Mix the ingredients to permeate, and remove from heat( if orecchiette and broccoli are not yet cooked - garlic should not scorch).
When the pasta is cooked, drain it in a hurry and mix with prepared sauce (you do not have to drain it all because the liquid from cooking pasta contributes to a better taste of this dish).
In a pan fry the breadcrumbs and sprinkle them as desired in meat.
Bon appetit!
