Homemade cookies 2

These are extremely simple cookies, and they taste so good that they'll disappear before you'll be able to store them into box. The secret of a good and full flavor lies in the whole wheat flour that is used in stead of plain white flour.

Ingredients :
125 g butter

30 g vanilla sugar (in powder)

12 tablespoons whole wheat flour (integral flour)

2 tablespoons honey

6 tablespoons sugar

1/2 cup chopped walnuts

1 cup chopped raisins

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

50 g chocolate

Whist the butter until is becomes foamy and then add vanilla sugar in powder and sugar. Mix until sugar dissolves. Add the honey, chopped walnuts, chopped raisins and flour (mix in flour spoon by spoon) and at the end mix in baking powder.

Form "pastry" sausage 5 cm in diameter and wrap it in a plastic foil. Leave it in a freezer for 20 minutes. After cooling, cut the pastry into 1/2 cm to 1 cm slices, and put them on a baking plane covered with baking paper.
Bake the cookies at 190 C for about 10 min.

Decorate cooled cookies with melted chocolate.
